Submitting Domestic Violence and Gun Violence Restraining Orders

Information regarding DV/GV Restraining Orders

  • eFile (convenience fee charged)

    Domestic Violence & Gun Violence Restraining Orders can be submitted online through our electronic filing system. Note: Any filings submitted through eFiling will be charged a small convenience fee.

  • File electronically free of charge

    Domestic Violence & Gun Violence Restraining Orders can now be submitted online through our Public Portal at no cost. To electronically file through our Public Portal, the user must register an account. 

  • Self Help Center

    Our Self Help Center can assist you with obtaining and filling out the proper forms. The Self Help Center is open Monday through Friday 8:00-3:30pm 

  • In Person

    Domestic Violence/Gun Violence Restraining Orders can be submitted in person to our clerks, Monday through Friday 8:00am-3:30pm.
