Domestic Violence and Gun Violence E-Filing

The court has introduced a new system that allows Domestic Violence and Gun Violence cases to be filed electronically through the Court’s Public Portal. This system makes the filing process easier to access and use for both victims and legal professionals.

To file a Domestic Violence or Gun Violence case, visit the Public Portal eFiling page. You will need to create an account or sign in before submitting your filing

Important Notice Regarding Filed Documents

Parties and filers are encouraged to carefully review all documents returned by the Court after filing to ensure the document is complete and accurate.
