The Superior Court of California, County of San Benito (the “Court”) is in the process of updating its local rules of court. Pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 10.613(g), the Court is distributing the proposed revisions for your comment.

The proposed revisions are here: 2025 Proposed Local Rules in the form of a PDF document. If you are unable to open the PDF document, please download the latest version of Adobe Reader.

The deadline for receipt of comments is 5:00 p.m. on May 8, 2025

To submit comments by email, complete this form and email to niler@sanbenitocourt.org . To submit comments by traditional mail, fill out and return the response form to the address indicated on the form.
