The Superior Court of San Benito County is now selecting the 2026-2027 Civil Grand Jury. If you are interested in applying, please go to the application.

Applications are open for San Benito County Civil Grand Jury!

To help community members learn more about the Civil Grand Jury and the application process, an information session will be hosted virtually at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, April 28 by the Superior Court of San Benito. This presentation is open to the public and provides an overview of the Grand Jury’s responsibilities, time commitment, and the juror selection process, with time for questions. San Benito County residents who are interested in civic engagement are encouraged to attend. Serving on the Civil Grand Jury is a rewarding way to make a tangible difference in the community.
