Receive Court Notices via Email

What is eService?

If you have a Civil case—including those related to family law— you can provide a valid email address and file a consent form to receive Court notices electronically instead of by postal service.

Do I have to agree to receive eService?

Attorneys are mandated to receive court notices electronically. Self-represented litigants are not required to participate but can complete and file a consent form to receive court notices by email. Litigants can also withdraw this consent with the clerks at any time they wish to go back to receiving printed notices by regular mail.

What will the email look like?

Below is a snapshot of the email. The subject line will say “Electronic Service” and state the file being sent and the case name. Click on the attachment in the email to see the notice.

Please Note: this email may go into your junk/spam folder until you designate the sender as “not junk/spam”.
