It supports and expedites family law proceedings, particularly those involving child support, spousal support, and health insurance, and also manages self-help services across various legal areas such as guardianships, evictions, and debt collection.

    The Superior Court of San Benito County is recruiting for an enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Court Reporter. Court Reporters are responsible for recording verbatim testimony and court proceedings using stenographic or voice writing equipment, timely transcribe the testimony and certify as to the correctness of said transcript.

A Panel evaluator must be a psychiatrist or psychologist who meets the applicable requirements.
