Criminal Electronic Filing for Privately Retained Council
For all criminal filings, you will need to follow the steps below to request access to the electronic filing system specific for criminal cases. We have created this system in accordance with Rule 10.13 which states, starting January 1st, 2023 all filings with the Superior Court of San Benito must be electronically filed. To start, please click here and fill out a form to receive access to the SharePoint filing system.

You will then receive an email that looks like the one below. Click on the San Benito Filings title to access the SharePoint electronic filing system.
