Updated Clerk Hours

May 31, 2024 A Message from the CEO:

The purpose of this message is to inform you that effective Monday, June 3rd, the Superior Court of San Benito County will expand the hours of its clerk’s office. Starting Monday, the public windows at the courthouse will be open from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except on court holidays. The court’s self-help center is already open from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each weekday and now both offices will have the same hours. The court is also changing the public phone hours to operate from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Although the clerk’s office and self-help center close at 3:30 p.m., the courthouse building is open each weekday until 5 p.m. and there are public payment kiosks and drop boxes available to court users.

We hope that by offering expanded hours, court users will find them more consistent and convenient, thus enhancing our efforts to make the Courthouse more accessible to the public.
