COVID-19 Updates: Superior Court of California, County of San Benito

The courthouse is open to the public from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. 

The public filing/payment windows are open from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. , Monday - Friday. You may continue to use the drop box for filings and payments located inside the lobby or you may come to the window for assistance.

  • Public attendance of court proceedings is suspended
  • Press may request to join proceedings as non-participating member of electronic hearing
  • Time period extensions for certain Penal Code matters and certain Code of Civil Procedure extension
